The spill of the "Prestige"

The tanker "Prestige" spilled in the Galician coast –at the north of Spain- more than eleven thousand tons of oil, after having broken up on November 13th. and, some days later, sinked. The coast has been seriously damaged, and even now we cannot determine all the effects that the black tide will cause.
The consequences of this oil-spill incise directly on thousands of local sailors, shellfish gatherers and other workers and companies bound to the sea, but indirectly all of us are affected. In this circumstances, the staff of the Electronic Leveraging Centre wants to express their solidarity with the people affected and Galician society in general.
